MyIndici Patient Portal

Easily connect with us using the MyIndici app or online patient portal! Use MyIndici to access your test results, book appointments, request repeat prescriptions, and more.

Your test results will be available for you to view on the MyIndici app when they are ready. If your test result is clinically significant you will be emailed, texted or phoned as appropriate to discuss the next steps.

How to setup MyIndici Patient Portal

Step 1: Register for myIndici - you just need to enter your First Name, Last Name, email address and Date of Birth (don't worry about your middle name or NHI). You will be emailed a temporary password.

Step 2: Once you have registered you can log into myIndici from the link below.

Step 3: Download the ‘MyIndici’ app on the App Store or Google Play to access your patient portal on your smartphone or tablet. You can use the same account to access the app and online portal.

MyIndici makes looking after your health simple. You can:

• Book & manage appointments

• Request repeat prescriptions

• Check lab results & immunisation records

• Access your health information

• Receive notifications & appointment reminders from the app
